i bought the world almanac for kids 2003 (my classmate melody has it too) on the ortigas mrt station on my way to sm for my skating lessons ... and its full of interesting facts like what the world's fastest roller coaster is (Doponda in japan) and it also features interesting museums such as the pretzel museum, american sanitary plumbing museum, cookie jar museum, etc. it also has jokes like why is 2+2=5 like your left foot?(it's not right) and when is a door not a door (when its ajar). the book's only 150, a real bargain.

watched the grand finals of the star circle kid quest awhile ago. di naman ako masyado fan ng scq ... natripan ko lang manood. so anyway si nash nanalo. fair enough. pero ang di ko maintindihan ay kung bakit kumanta is juday. kumakanta pala yon. (sorry kung huli ako sa balita) ... well-loved disney songs ang kinanta nya pero hindi ko love yung pagkanta nya. (nasanay kaya ako sa AI? hehe) anyway ... ang sinasabi ko lang ay why can't some actors just be actors, singers be singers and politicians be ... honest intellectuals. sigh. wag na lang kumanta si juday, umarte nalang siya.
